So far, so good. I don't like that it seems to lose its connection frequently and I have lost data a time or two but that may be a function of where/what I work on. Otherwise, fair deal for the price.

Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. PDFFiller saved my books!
PDFFiller saved my books! As a young author, I had no idea what I was doing and deleted my original documents once the books were published. I only kept the print-ready PDFs. Years later, I realized there were a lot of spelling mistakes and errors in them, and wanted to re-publish. Since the books had photos, I couldn't simply convert to a doc. Most PDF tools online didn't work, or put on watermarks. PDFFiller allowed me to edit the text in the PDFs, to correct the spelling mistakes, and merge the documents into one cohesive PDF again. I was able to republish an edited book without the original documents, thanks to PDFFiller.
The one thing I missed that could make this a fantastic tool- the original book was 8.5x11. I wanted to republish at 6x9. I ended up having to resize it through a different tool, which simply shrunk everything instead of being able to directly resize the content. Due to that, the book appears much smaller on the pages than it should, and I've received some complaints that it's harder to read. If PDFFiller had a viable PDF resize tool that worked to resize the content versus simply shrinking the document, it would be a stellar addition to the repertoire.

Provided ease by timely consistence and effortless interface in preparing & modifying quality forms.
Ease of use. From downloading to modifying. Short learning curve. Provided easy solution to modifying old forms by scanning/uploading and easy modification.
From what little I used it to create new forms, more flexibility would have been nice for import and modifying images. But since I rarely used this program for creation I may not have explored the features properly.

Love this app very easy to use
Love this app very easy to use. I highly recommend for applications that require "fill in" sections, majority of us have terrible handwriting and there is nothing more annoying than explaining what you wrote. Also you want to ensure your application is submitted as quickly and efficiently as possible.

What is circle reportable quantity?
For each CER CLA hazardous substance, EPA establishes a reportable quantity (RQ). When an RQ or more of a hazardous substance is released into the environment, the person in charge of the facility or vessel from which the release occurs must immediately report it to the National Response Center (NRC) under CER CLA.
What does reportable quantity mean?
Definition. Reportable Quantity (RQ) the quantity of a hazardous substance that triggers reports under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CER CLA).
What is a reportable quantity?
The reportable quantities of a hazardous substance is the amount of that substance that has to be released before the EPA requires notification to go to the National Response Center. These quantities are based on volume. The exact volume of reportable quantities is determined by federal, state, and agency regulations.
What is considered a reportable spill?
Spills that have polluted water can be reportable if the spill is a hazardous substance listed in 40 CFR 117 that meets or exceeds its RQ OR an oil spill that has: The list of CWA hazardous substances has been incorporated into the CER CLA list. Therefore, a spill falling under the CWA is also reportable under CER CLA.
What is the reportable quantity for benzene?
Benzene (CAS number 71-43-2) is a CER CLA hazardous substance listed in the List of Lists. The reportable quantity (RQ) for benzene under CER CLA is 10 pounds.
What is the reportable quantity for gasoline?
Gasoline: 75,000 gallons or more Diesel Fuel: 100,000 gallons or more This RQ is only for gasoline stored in underground storage tanks (MUST) that are in compliance with all Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) regulations.
How many gallons is considered a hazmat spill?
Any spill or release of one barrel (42 gallons) or more of petroleum must be immediately reported.
What does circle RQ mean?
Under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CER CLA), also known as Superfund, Congress established an initial reportable quantity (RQ) of one pound for Superfund hazardous substances. “Stable in quantity and rate” means predictable and regular in amount and rate of emission.
