This is a very good program but the monthly fee is high. It would be well worth the cost if you were filling out hundreds of pdfs each month, but for one or two forms, it's hard to justify the expense.

How to Use the Adapt Tentative Field Format Feature in pdfFiller
The Adapt Tentative Field Format feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily create and customize fillable fields in your PDF documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to edit in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Edit' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Select the 'Adapt Tentative Field Format' option from the dropdown menu.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. This sidebar contains various options to customize your fillable fields.

Click on the 'Add Field' button to add a new fillable field to your document.

Choose the type of field you want to add from the available options, such as text field, checkbox, or signature field.

Drag and drop the field onto the desired location in your document.

Resize and adjust the field as needed by clicking and dragging the corners.

To customize the field further, click on the field and use the options in the sidebar to change its properties, such as font size, color, and alignment.

Repeat steps 6-9 to add and customize additional fillable fields.

Once you have finished adding and customizing all the fields, click on the 'Save' button to save your changes.

You can now fill out the fields in the document by clicking on them and typing in the desired information.

If you need to make any further changes to the fields, simply click on the 'Edit' button and follow the same steps again.
