Great for clarity
The ease of using it and the clarity of documents being in the typed form as opposed to me having to handwrite them.

I had not fully explored the features of this application but I needed to get something rather urgently. Kara was very patient in explaining to me all that I needed to do. Great for filling out a pdf loan application that came to me as a pdf of a photocopy of a document that was appreciably rotated and distorted. Highly recommended.

Easy to import edit
Easy to import edit- wished I had this a long time ago! I was desperately trying to find a way to send my Doctor forms. Scanner/Printer was knocked out from the storm.

I had an excellent experience with this service. The product itself was very useful and allowed me to save and send my forms in a variety of formats, as well as esign, add text, dates, Xs, etc. I had an issue this morning with my account due to an error on my end, and was able to use the chat feature, which provided nearly instant support. They fixed the issue and sent me a confirmation email within seconds.
