In the Form Builder, click the Add Form Elements button. Go to the Widget tab. Search for Terms & Conditions. Click or drag and drop it to your form.
In the Form Builder, go to Settings at the top. Select Conditions on the left. Add a new Enable/Require/Mask Field condition.
On the Analyze tab, in the Calculations group, click Fields, Items, & Sets, and then click Calculated Field. In the Name box, type a name for the field. In the Formula box, enter the formula for the field. To use the data from another field in the formula, click the field in the Fields box, and then click Insert Field.
How to create better forms with conditional form fields (CFF) Step 1: Create a form. The first step is simply to create a form that includes all possible fields. Step 2: Indicate the field's conditions. Step 3: Relate conditional fields to their trigger field.
You need to add the fields to the Form Calculation widget to make it work. Let me show you how: In Form Builder, click the wand icon of the Form Calculation widget. Click on Add Fields, then select the field you want to calculate, and use the Plus sign in between fields.
Google Forms does not support dynamic calculations, but you can use Formfacade's calculate field option to automatically compute and display the data in real-time to the user filling the form. Calculated fields allow you to compute a field with values from other fields.
In the Form Builder, select Add Form Element in the upper-left corner. In the left pane, go to Widgets at the top. Search and select Form Calculation.
Form Calculation Widget: How to set the field into read only mode From the form calculation widget settings, click on the three dots. Click on Options. Check Results field is Read Only. Click Back and hit Save.
