The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed. My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun. Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

I think, best side of this product is variety of tools for updating, signing and sharing my papers.
What do you dislike?
First time it seemed complicated. Not sure, but probably it will be good if you will have a manual, guide book or whatever to help me understand all possibilities.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
As a freelance worker, I must use papers for completing contracts, bills and etc.

Pleasant PDFiller! I use PDFfiller almost daily. I work in Accounts Receivable and customers frequently like to have additional information added to their invoice. This is something our accounting program cannot do. Very user friendly. Very appealing to look at. I don't have any cons. I haven't found anything that I don't like about it.

It was easy to use however I believe as a snowbird they should have another way to fill out the 8840 without having to sign up for this form filler. As it turns out we tried to fill out on line and the signature part wouldn't work. We ended up printing out the form and filling it by hand and mailing it in.

I accidentally signed for a year and it cost me an amount of money I can't afford (it doesn't seem much, but when your local currency is way behind USD, it greatly hurts your wallet). What do you like best? I like that PDF Filler is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. I love that I can create a template and then just fill in what I need to for each customer and we can send them a form digitally for them to sign. What do you dislike? Occasionally customer's take a while to sign a document because they think it is spam. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use program. Creat templates you can use over and over which is great! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a fast, easy way to be able to send documents for our customers to sign without having to sign in person. We have also been able to streamline some of our processes better by using PDF Filler to create documents.
