Very easy to use I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful. I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

Click on the Wand icon to open the Form Calculation widget's settings. Add the $ sign.
Setting fields as required in Jotform is simple. By default, all fields are considered optional. To change this, select the field and click on the gear icon to the right to bring up the field properties. Find the toggle labeled Required, and click it into the on position.
How to add fields and view my form? In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Form Element. Click/Drag any of the appropriate form elements to add to the form.
In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page, and click on the Widgets tab. 2. Drag, and drop Configurable List widget on your form. You can change the format of the fields in your Configurable List widget by changing the text inside the Fields Configuration.
To rename your form in the Form Builder, select the text at the top, then enter your desired form name. You can also rename your form in Form Settings. In the Form Builder, go to Settings, then enter your desired form name under Title.
As for the Form Calculation widget, here's how you can add a dollar sign: In Form Builder, select the Form Calculation widget and click the Wand icon. Enter $ before the formula and click on Save. Next, click the Gear icon next to the Form Calculation widget.
Select the element and click the gear icon to open the Properties panel. Go to the Advanced tab. Scroll down and toggle the Hide Field option to “On”.
You can also press Ctrl + A or ⌘ + A to select all fields. A menu will appear at the top that will allow you to manage the multiple fields you selected. You can Duplicate, Require, Hide, or Delete them as needed. The Form Builder also offers a custom Context Menu which allows more options when managing fields.
