JUST AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN ADOBE PDF AND CHEAPER Used for filling out electronic documents, easier than filling out documents manually and then having to scan them in order to email them. How do I add a line to a PDF document?

Choose Tools > Text Tool. Choose Notes > Line. Drag in the document until the line is located where you want, and drag the end points until it points where you want.

Choose Tools > Comment. Draw in the PDF: To edit or resize the markup, select it and drag one of the handles to make your adjustments. To add a pop-up note to the markup, select the Hand tool, and double-click the markup. (Optional) Click the close button in the pop-up note.
