The signature input capabilities are a huge improvement on what is offered by Adobe products

Besides being a great product Support is Outstanding Besides being a great product, I would like to express how good the support is.I worked with Sam for over an hour, He went way above and beyond helping me with my Zapier Integration. Most companies would have just said that is "out of scope" Or "not my problem" Not these guys, they logged into my computer and dove deep into it and fixed my problem. Also keep in mind, I am only on a basic plan and they treated me like I was spending $1000's of dollars with them.

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. Great for easy form creation for end users I love that you can make not only nice, user-friendly forms, but they become user-intuitive with this product. This takes the process ahead of just creating a Microsoft Office form, but allows you to create sophisticated forms that can be filled and even electronically delivered. Often the layout gives me trouble or won't let me create form boxes in the appropriate area because it keeps snapping them to the grid, which might not automatically line up to my form fields as well.
