Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list, choose the Single Choice, and then drag and drop them onto your form. Then, select the Single Choice element, and click its Gear icon to enter the Single Choice Properties. Click the Options tab. Then, enable the Display Other Option.
In the Form Builder, select Add Form Element in the upper-left corner. In the left pane, go to Widgets at the top. Search and select Dynamic Dropdowns to add it to your form.
Log in to your Jotform account. Contact Support and request to move your forms. In your request, list the URL of your forms to transfer. Provide the username or email address of the account where you want to transfer your forms and data.
Drag and Drop the "Page Break" element into the specific field where you want to split/break the form. You can do this for every section that you want to split. You will then notice that your form will be cut into sections and a Next button (and Back button when you add multiple page breaks) will appear.
How to Set a Required Field Select the element in the Form Builder. Click the Settings (gear) icon. Under the General tab, toggle Required to “On” to make the field mandatory.
Side by Side Form Field Positioning In the Form Builder, click the element's gear icon to open the Properties panel. Go to the Advanced tab. Scroll down and toggle Shrink to “On”.
Create form sections In your Form Builder, click on + Add Form Element on the left side of your page. Under the Form Elements, go to the Basic tab and add a Section Collapse to your form. Repeat the same steps to other sections.
Add an 'Other' option on your Dropdown field. Add a Short Text field, leave the label blank, and add the placeholder as 'Please specify'. Add a Hide/Show condition to show the Short Text field if the users select 'Others'.
