Haven't been able to add a blank page to the 3 page form I was working. The instructional video indicated I should see a "Pages" icon on the Edit line. I didn't.

User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue.
