I loved it but need to know more about how to use it I dont know how to blank out the form once I have filled it out, saved it, and put it in the folder. I want to use it again but it has the old information on it help email me my phone is broken and i will not have it back until tomorrow

I would like to attend a webinar at some time, but for next few months I am far to busy to take time and energy for the webinar. For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.

Amazing software
Amazing software, Unreal flexibility for the price. Only thing I would change is possibly the phone numbers as we are not all in US. All in all, saves hours a week.

Life made easy
If you fill a lot of forms, it is worth it. Otherwise you might not want to pay for the subscription for just one form.
It makes editing and filling out forms so quick. The tools are great and the UI is easy to use and clean to look at.
Once you fill the form, you have to pay or else you cannot save or print. This is not made clear from the start.

What do you like best?
The ability to edit almost any part of a pdf has saved me on countless hours of retyping a document for one minor change. The interface is very easy as well
What do you dislike?
The only improvement I would like to see is the ability to remove sections (cut) and move others into the opening. I may be a novice and this ability does exist, but if it does not, I personally would find it beneficial
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am able to correct sentances, paragraphs or simply small typos. The ability to adjust those without redoing an entire document is an amazing benefit.

What is a HUD lease?
The request and required supporting documentation are sent to HUD or the Contract Administrator (CA) for approval. The lease is a contract between the owner of the project and the tenant(s) that explains the terms for residing in the unit. Leases are a standard business practice in the housing rental industry.
Does Section 8 require a lease?
Section 8 Lease Agreement. Landlords renting to Section 8 tenants employ protocols similar to renting to unsubsidized renters. In fact, HUD requires Section 8 recipients and landlords to enter into a lease agreement. The same terms regarding lease violation and termination apply to Section 8 and traditional tenancy.
