Great online chat support! Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!

The UI were strange at times(As I sometimes had to look for something specific) , but overall my experience were really good as I am able to achieve my goal everytime with ease. I were using the edit pdf feature and again a bit of trouble trying to establish what I was looking for, but once I found it, it was quite an ease.

I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.

Adding time manually for daily Timesheets First, navigate to the Timesheets > Daily section from the main menu. Select the user's name whose time you wish to edit from the drop-down menu. Then click Add time. A pop-up window will appear allowing you to enter the details of the manual time entry.
Open the Upwork Desktop App and select the contract. Click the Add manual time option. Select the date and times, add a description of the work, and click Save.
Freelancers often use manual time to account for time spent on offline work, such as sketching or making phone calls, or anything that can't be accurately represented on their Work Diary. Manual time does not qualify for Upwork Hourly Protection.
