I have had trouble finding documents and sending them in the past, it seems as though this site is easier to use today. I like that I can bring in any fillable… I like that I can bring in any fillable document, it makes everything to do with a business much easier. It's just not very easy to do. I have to remember how to do it every time. Not sure if that is my fualt or if this is just not that user friendly.

Very speedy response time! I work for a Charity and did not cancel my subscription in time. However, true to their word, pdfFiller responded to my request to refund (didn't have the correct form I needed) within an hour. I was really impressed and very grateful that they will refund this charge. Even though I didn't use them, I would definitely recommend them. They came across as quite honourable which makes a change these days...

What do you like best? It is much easier to use than Adobe Acrobat. Much more intuitive functions and file management. It has saved me a ton of time with the cloud storage of documents. I have used effectively for construction related documents. What do you dislike? Very rarely I have needed to use another platform because some municipalities require it but 98% of what I need to do is supported. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote completion of forms and extracting text from PDF documents mostly.
