Pretty easy to use!
Pretty easy to use!Update: Been using this a while now, only down side is that when you blank off certain information, save the file and open it to check, for a very brief second all the old information flashes up.

I'm not sure if this is being done intentionally or if these "friends" are forgetting to click 'upvote'. Either way, I've had enough. I have compiled a spreadsheet of individuals who have "forgotten" to upvote my most recent posts. After 2 consecutive strikes, your name is automatically highlighted (shown in red) and I am immediately notified. 3 consecutive strikes and you can expect an in-person "consultation". Think about your actions.

What is age-adjustment Age-adjustment is a statistical process applied to rates of disease, death, injuries or other health outcomes which allows communities with different age structures to be compared.
What is the difference between actual and adjusted age
u201cActual ageu201d is your baby's real age, calculated from her birthday; while adjusted age is calculated from her due date. A baby needs a full 40 weeks (give or take a week) to grow and develop, so the adjusted age takes into account the weeks of pregnancy that are missed due to a premature delivery.
What is the formula for age-adjustment
Age-adjusted rates were calculated by dividing the expected number of deaths by the population (standard) and multiplying by 1,000.

Begin with your baby's actual age in weeks (number of weeks since the date of birth) and then subtract the number of weeks your baby was preterm. This is your baby's corrected age. (A pregnancy is now considered full term at 39 weeks.)
