At times, it is difficult to edit the pdf the way you want. There are too many steps to take in order to do what you want with your document. Eventually, I am able to get the pdf the way I want it.

Easy to use
Easy to useAllows the user to do things like make forms fillable very quickly. The size of the fields I added were slightly bigger than I would like, but this was not a major problem. Otherwise, I think it's intuitive and pretty easy. My needs are fairly simple, though - just making a workbook fill-able by students working online.

How do I reduce my Office 365 license?
In the Microsoft 365 admin center, select Billing> Products & services. Select the subscription you want to change, and then select Add/remove licenses. Use the down arrow to reduce the number of licenses for this subscription, and then select Submit change. You now have the right number of licenses for your users.
What happens when you remove an Office 365 license?
”When you remove the license, all that user's data is held for 30 days. You can access the data, or restore the account if the user comes back. After 30 days, all the user's data (except for documents stored on SharePoint Online) is deleted permanently from Office 365 and can't be recovered.”
