I have to do alot of document changes in my scope of work. This was the easiest program I've used in the 28 years I've worked in the corporate world. It's everything I have always wished I had at any given point but all in one pretty little program. Usually, theres always one feature not thought of or you dont have the option for, I didnt feel that at anypoint. so far astonishing. i created a fillable govt form locally=TEDIOUS.. uploaded it.. filled it out.. bad tab order :(... was able to change the tab order VERY easily.. send to email and boom.. awsome.. so far

When I realized I had to solve a problem involving this company, I prepared myself for a multi-day, inconvenient annoyance. Instead, I was very pleasantly surprised to find a prompt reply which ended swiftly in a satisfactory way ... even though it turned out to be my own fault! I used the program for only one item but I "poked around" in it to get a better handle on it. For anyone using PDF's on an almost daily basis, I'm sure pdfFiller would be an extremely useful tool.

How to create an invoice number numbering your invoices sequentially, for example INV00001, INV00002. starting with a unique customer code, for example XER00001. including the date at the start of your invoice number, for example 2021-01-001. combining the customer code and date, for example XER-2021-01-001.
Once an invoice has been created, a unique number is assigned to that invoice. If you void an invoice, you still can't reuse the same number for a different invoice. However, you can reuse the same prefix and reference on another invoice.
To change an invoice number: Go to Get paid & pay and select Invoices (Take me there). Select the invoice in question. Go to the Invoice no. field and change the invoice number. Select Save and Close or Save and Send.
