My handwriting seems to get worse with age and in this world of no typewriters for forms that need to be readable I have at odds when it comes to filling out many of todays forms. To date PDFfiller has proven to be a god send for my dilemma.

Great program. It did everything I needed and more. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, right at the time I"ve been having a problem. Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus. I needed to turn regular electronic forms into fillable ones and submit electronically, with a signature and by a deadline, during the pandemic. I was early and complete with this program!

Great Product! I love this software; it has been invaluable. I have used it to fill out job applications, insurance, medical & school documents. I'll continue to use it. It is very easy to upload documents to this software. Editing is user-friendly even for those not technically savvy. I like that I have many options in saving or exporting my finished document. Also, I like that my previous documents are saved because there has been more than once that a document has been lost or needed again. I have been saved by the fact that PDF Filler has the previously used document saved. I have not found anything I really dislike about this software. I'll be honest in that I'm not crazy about the price but I have found this software so helpful I have been using it for over two years now. I've recommended it to several people. I did not rate the customer service because I have never used it. I guess the fact that I've been using this for over two years & never had a customer service issue speaks for itself.

Go to Sales at the left pane. Select Invoices. Select the invoice you wanted to edit. Click the drop-down arrow under Action. Select View/Edit. Make the necessary edits in the Invoice page.
Click the Gear icon. Under Your Company, click Custom Form Styles. To create a new template, click the New style button in the upper right-hand corner. Select Invoice. Go to the Design tab to edit the template name, logo, color, font, and margins.
In Records, Invoices, open the invoice record. Select the Invoice tab and verify the Status is Pending. ... Click Invoice, New Adjustment from the menu bar. Enter the Adjustment date, New transaction amount (this can be the same), Adjustment post date, Reason and any applicable Notes.
Go to the “Transactions” tab if you do not know the customer's name. Select “Invoices” in the Transaction Types list and locate the invoice you want to void. Double-click the invoice to open it. Go to the “Edit” menu and select “Void Invoice.”
On the other hand, voiding an invoice cancels a particular payment or invoice. Voiding an invoice will keep the invoice number and list it in reports but changes the amounts to zero. Hence, if you want to stop a particular payment from being realized by QuickBooks, select void.

To create a new message, click the Customer Message button at the bottom right, then click New. You can also press CTRL + N your keyboard. 4. In the Message field, type in a new message for your customers.
Click Edit. Select Preferences. Select Send Forms. Choose the Company Preferences tab. Click the Add Template button. Enter the template name. Modify the subject and the body of the email. Click Save.
