Our previous subscription was deactivated because no one seem to know the login or password for the account. It was assumed a temp employee had subscribed who is no longer employed. Difficulty accessing and filling online forms prompted us to re-subscribe. This morning's experience has been great and we plan to continue using this application.

A good all rounder for filling pdfs and signing forms
pdfFiller is a useful tool that lets me fill, sign and send client contracts
I like being able to add text to pdf forms, then email,download or print the completed forms
I have to be honest, it's a bit clunky and takes some getting used to

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. i need to send this form to the IRS for my Covid 19 stimaulu check can be appproved cause id filled Identity Theft I had to do 14039 Affidavit form now i need away to send email it or something have know way of printing out dont have access to a printer.
