It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful.
With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.

Graphical interface is lacking, but the software works so effortlessly that this does not impact on the functionality

It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.

How to Use the Adjust Contact Pdf Feature
The Adjust Contact Pdf feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily modify and update contact information in your PDF documents. Follow these simple steps to make the most of this feature:

Access the Adjust Contact Pdf feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and opening the document you want to edit.

Once the document is open, click on the 'Adjust Contact Pdf' button located in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen, displaying the contact information fields available for adjustment.

To edit a specific contact field, simply click on it. A text box will appear, allowing you to make changes.

After making the necessary adjustments, click outside the text box to save the changes.

If you need to add a new contact field, click on the 'Add Field' button at the bottom of the sidebar. A dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to choose from various contact field options.

Once you've added a new contact field, you can adjust its position by dragging and dropping it within the document.

To delete a contact field, hover over it and click on the trash bin icon that appears.

After you have finished adjusting the contact information, click on the 'Save' button to apply the changes to your document.

You can also download the adjusted PDF document by clicking on the 'Download' button.
