Click on the Account Icon on the Top Menu and choose 'Account' from the Account Drop-Down. Click on “Update Card Details" Select the card type you have by clicking the logo. Enter your new card information and billing address.
How do I change my credit card information on my Google account?
On your computer, go to your Google Play account.
Click Edit payment methods. You will go to your pay.google.com account.
On the left, click Payment methods.
