What do you like best? The ability to edit almost any part of a pdf has saved me on countless hours of retyping a document for one minor change. The interface is very easy as well What do you dislike? The only improvement I would like to see is the ability to remove sections (cut) and move others into the opening. I may be a novice and this ability does exist, but if it does not, I personally would find it beneficial What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to correct sentances, paragraphs or simply small typos. The ability to adjust those without redoing an entire document is an amazing benefit.

The same type of form and online filing service referred to as an Initial Return/Notice of Change (Form 1) is used to establish or make changes to an Ontario Corporation's Address', Director and Officer Information. The type of filing is dependent on previous filings that have been completed by the Corporation.
Whenever one of the owners, partners or directors of your business changes, it is important that you call us at 1-800-959-5525. Depending on the structure of your business, a change of owner could trigger a legal name change or require the registration of a new business number (IN) and new program accounts.
Initial Return — Ontario. Corporations must complete and submit an Initial Return to the Ontario Ministry within 60 days after the date of incorporation. This form establishes/confirms the company head office, directors/officers of the corporation.
Initial Return: It is the return on a stock's offer price on the first day of trading at the close of the day's trade. A high initial return is the basis of investment decision in a stock.
