I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. This program is new to me...so far no…
This program is new to me...so far no issues. Well one small one. when I used a different device, it asked me to verify with a code. they gave me the code but it would not let me type in the code. Howervr I was sill able to use the program without the code.

Great app
Great app - really easy to use. Doesn't change the quality of the document. Probably won't pay for it long term - I would pay £1 or something everytime i wanted to use it though...

I had some issues with my account and billing so I used their live chat and it took no more than 3 minutes for them to settle my issue and refund my money. AMAZING customer service if I ever need a PDF filler again I will most definitely be returning here. 10/10 across the board and will be recommending to my friends!!!!

I'm a student and used the free trial. It was quite easy to use. In addition to that, I forgot to cancel my subscription, but they had an online chat that handled that quickly and efficiently which was very appreciated. Overall a good experience.

It took a like while for me to figure out how to do...
It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.
