This is a great program. Easy to use and print and save to my computer. However, I would have liked the option to subscribe and pay by the month instead of an entire year at once.

App produces error during install for smartphones. Should favor browser entry, or at least make link more prominent.
Also, the way that some of the advanced features are not available to a subscription is a bit misleading they way they are presented IMO... At the very least, the base subscription should provide limited quantities of some of the more advanced features... (monthly counter etc.) ~ Because the casual user may really benefit from these features (in low volume.) And there's little incentive to not just "get by" with the free services if they're not available.

It seems extremely hard to download a form fillable PDF without paying for a premium PDF reader. I don't have a problem paying money, it's just silly that I have to in 2019. There are so many of them...

I am able to complete many forms without having to use more complex programs.
The ability to find and fill out form not available other wise.
Some searches turn up rather strange results.

Their program is wonderful. I had a special project last year and it performed as expected. This year project over, subscription wasn't necessary but it automatically renewed. I cancelled it and within MINUTES customer support responded they were processing the refund. Exceptional customer support. I would highly recommend this service.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES
Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised. I wish more companies were as quick and understanding as these guys. Will definitely not hesitate to use this company again or recommend it to people. Thankyou so much!

What do I need to change name at DMV?
a completed Application for Permit, Driver License or Non-Driver ID Card (PDF) (MV-44) your current license, permit or non-driver ID, or at least 6 points of proof of identity and proof of date of birth.
How do I change my last name at the DMV?
A certified marriage certificate issued by a governmental agency. Documented proof from the courts or the Register of Deeds establishing that the name change was officially accomplished. Execution of a notarized DL-101 (obtained from an DMV office)
