I found the system complicated for someone not very experienced with computers. I still do not know how to find, on your system, the forms that I have completed. Where are they? How do I save them to my computer? I will keep working to find the answers.

I found it really easy to use, but all of the boxes did not have specific instructions. I struggled with boxes 16-18. Through google, I discovered that I should leave them blank.

I have not been able to drag and drop from outlook '07. The additional step of saving a document locally and then uploading seems unnecessary.

This is a very intuitive product that can one can pick up and become proficient with little training or experience.

I have been able to keep from printing countless documents that only need a quick signature only to be scanned in again and emailed out. There is a huge time saving as well being able to cut out those middle steps.

this is a wonderful app as well for me when away from home i can still too work on documents that need to be submitted in record timing..... as well as faxing now being disabled i can fax things which saves so much time

I have found that Adobe is not only impossible to use for editing it is a nightmare!!! Your format for typing on sheet music is ideal. I couldn't be more pleased!!!!!!

How do I change my loan period on Libby?
You can change your loan period for each title when you borrow it. Loan periods vary by library and by format. After you tap Borrow, tap the underlined loan period on the confirmation page. Then, select a new loan period for that title.
Why is Libby not working?
Reset the Libby app. Open the Libby app (if it's not already open) and tap Menu > Library Cards. Tap on your library card and then Unlink card. Tap again to confirm. Back in the menu, tap the Libby logo at the bottom.
Why is Libby app not working?
From the Start screen, find the Libby app tile (by opening your Apps list to find it or using the search bar). Tap and hold (or right-click) the Libby icon. Select Uninstallation from the menu that opens, then follow the prompts. Restart your device.
Why is Overdrive not working?
Restart your device. Hold down the Power button until options appear. Tap Power Off, then OK (if prompted) to turn off your device. Open the Overdrive app and see if your issue is resolved.
Which is better Overdrive or Libby?
Libby is a fast and attractive digital browsing experience. Libby is compatible with Android and iOS devices, with Kindle Fire compatibility coming soon. Overdrive is the classic app, and is compatible with more devices, including Kindle Fire, Macs, PCs, and Windows mobile devices.
Is Libby replacing Overdrive?
Libby will not be replacing the Overdrive app but if you are a user of our existing Overdrive app, please feel free to continue using it. Libby does not currently support Recommend to Library or multilingual interfaces, but these features will continue to be accessible through the Overdrive app.
How long can you borrow a book on Libby?
You can borrow e-books and Audiobooks from Overdrive or Libby for 7 days, 14 days, or 21 days. It's your choice! You can also set a default lending period for all items in a given format.
How long can you check out a book on Libby?
The lending period is 21 days for an e-book or audiobook. You can adjust the checkout time to 7 or 14 days if you don't need the full 21 days. How many titles can I check out at once? You can check out up to 25 titles at one time.
