PDFfiller Review
In my job, we send out contracts and W-9 forms to meeting attendees all the time. PDFfiller is great because attendees can quickly "sign" and send their documents right back, without having to print the forms, sign them manually, and then deal with faxing/scanning/or taking a picture to send it back. I like how seamless PDFfiller is.
Sometimes, the actual signature does not populate, and all that shows is a stamp saying the person signed it. However, with things like contracts and W-9s, we need an actual signature, whether it be manual or digital.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I enjoy the ease with uploading and editing files. As well as, the ability to change file types or combine documents.
What do you dislike?
The formatting can be time consuming and is hard to keep text consistent with original document.

How to Use the Adjust Spreadsheet Settlement Feature in pdfFiller
The Adjust Spreadsheet Settlement feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily make adjustments to your spreadsheet settlements. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Access the Adjust Spreadsheet Settlement feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and opening the document you want to work on.

Click on the 'Adjust Spreadsheet Settlement' button located in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. This sidebar contains all the necessary tools and options to adjust your spreadsheet settlement.

Use the 'Add Rows' and 'Delete Rows' buttons to add or remove rows from your spreadsheet settlement. This allows you to customize the settlement to fit your needs.

To edit the values in the spreadsheet, simply click on the cell you want to modify and enter the new value. You can also use the 'Copy' and 'Paste' buttons to quickly duplicate values.

If you need to rearrange the order of the rows in your spreadsheet settlement, you can do so by clicking and dragging the row to the desired position.

Once you have made all the necessary adjustments, click on the 'Save' button to save your changes.

Settlement adjustments allow the parties to compensate one another for expenses that may be paid in advance or maybe in arrears, or for rent the seller may have received which relates to a period after settlement.

A Settlement Adjustment Sheet is used by your Conveyance or Lawyer when working out council and water rate proportions. When settlement fall due your conveyance or Lawyer will have to adjust on current Council and Water Rates as well as any allowances which will need to be made by the vendor to you.
