My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. I really resent automatice renewals. Hence I went with the month to month as my need for your program may only be for a short time.

i love it but i have a few things i don't know how to do like if I download a pdf and want to make more space for a word i don't know how to do that. you cant just hit the space bar and move it.

Due to a mixup a annual membership was bought. Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund.
