I just closed escrow on two homes, and the PDF filler allowed me electronically edit/sign/date all the forms necessary to sale and buy our properties. It saved a tremendous amount of time and paper because I saved the forms to my desktop and then returned the completed forms electronically.

Great program. It did everything I needed and more. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, right at the time I"ve been having a problem. Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus.
I needed to turn regular electronic forms into fillable ones and submit electronically, with a signature and by a deadline, during the pandemic. I was early and complete with this program!

There should not be an option for…
There should not be an option for alteration on the PDF document. For example, when I tried to type my name, I made a mistake and I back space the mistake but I ended up deleting the line on the original PDF document. A program like this should not give me the option to do that. Other than that, I felt like PDF Filer got the job done for me.

Sam, on-line support did a great job!
I was very happy that Sam at the On-line Support, came on very quickly and helped me with what I needed and waited until I was sure it worked. I was also very happy that the program did "not" shrink the size of the words in the document like many other programs I have tried.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I use this to do my tenant leases
Overall, I have to have access to a software program like this. Some landlords issue leases on ancient old pdfs that are hard to work with. This program allows me to alter, merge, and arrange these in a fairly intuitive way. It took a minute for me to be comfortable with the document storage setup that pdffiller uses, but I am happy with it bc I can access these documents from anywhere!
I love the way you can just insert a text box, or erase. Wow its so nice to be able to do this with documents.
I find merging to be hard. I had to get help early one Sunday morning from support. The support was there and ready to instruct me. It just wasn't intuitive. I might even have to ask how to do it again.
