It was really hard to find certain features like consolodating multiple PDFS into one. I also thought the package I bought came with the signature signing option - and apparently it didn't. 180/year is a lot to NOT have that feature. That's the main reason I chose it over others.

the biggest difficulty I have is when I am trying to re-order documents (move them left or right) -- it is just very difficult to see them. I wish the functionality allowed for enlarging the docs so that I could see what it is.

PDF Filller Frendly Support Person
I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. I sent a question in via their form, and honestly expected a "word search" systemic response. Not only did I get a issue-specific response, the corrective actions were clear and documented with screen shots, making it easy for me to correct my mistake and move forward.

What do you like best?
I love that PDF Fillers allows me to use me to organize my files into folders. I am able to sort my files and access with ease.
What do you dislike?
I wish the platform would be available a downloadable app for the desktop.It would be easier than logging on to a website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The pdf filler is get if you really need to get yourself organized. It's also great for signing documents. The pdfFiller also is easy to navigate.

I love that PDF Filler saves my files where I left off. Sometimes I find myself in the middle of a lot of things and have my information saved makes it a lot easier for me.

Thank you so much for such good hospitality. Most companies would not offer a refund so easily for an automatic subscription and so fast as well. This shows such good ethics as a company. I've been using different apps for…
I've been using different apps for years that take me about 15-30 minutes to change one document but with PDFfiller it took me less than two minutes! so worth the yearly fee.
