I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. In General, this product works pretty well and is easy to use. There are some issues with AOL not recognising the fillable form or adding a random.jpeg or .png after the.pdf.

Ability to use templates was the most helpful. I like PDF filler because I can encrypt and decrypt documents, merge PDF files, crop or rotate PDF pages. It's fairly easy to use but the interface isn't great.

The user interface is not intuitive for me. I liked all other features and don't have much bad to say. I'll continue to refer people.

Absolute timesaver
Absolute timesaver and easy to use once you are in the form.
It's an absolute timesaver when filling in repetitive forms or having to sign and email something for signature.

Very speedy response time!
I work for a Charity and did not cancel my subscription in time. However, true to their word, pdfFiller responded to my request to refund (didn't have the correct form I needed) within an hour. I was really impressed and very grateful that they will refund this charge. Even though I didn't use them, I would definitely recommend them. They came across as quite honourable which makes a change these days...

Can you withdraw an affidavit?
