I'm just beginning and not sure I'm using it correctly. what I'd like to do is to be able to simply use the icon in my internet task bar to open the account rather than have to open up pdffiller.com

It was good. Hard to edit one document due to not being able to insert words. It was a lot easier & more convenient than finding a typewriter or printing the form having to use white out for goofs.

Overall, the application is useful. The only issues that I have been experiencing is some of the edits I make either reappear, or are placed on top of the existing text.

When documents are locked by other applications such as DocuSign you cannot sign them or open them with this software. You are however able to sign them on that platform after creating a separate logon with DocuSign.

Easy to use
Easy to use - I was trying to redact parts of a document and adobe left me hanging even after rebooting, updating, etc. It was a breeze using pdfFiller instead and I encountered no issues and the process was so simple and clear.

The reason it is a four instead of a five...
The reason it is a four instead of a five is I feel like there is a strong learning curve... at least for me.
So I am still learning.
Check back with me in a month and let's see if we can delete this 4 rating and move it up to a 5!!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

Does it really take 16 weeks for amended return?
Generally, it can take up to 16 weeks from the day the IRS receives your amended return for it to be processed, and it may take 3 weeks from the day you mailed it for it to show up in the IRS system. This is why Where's my Amended Return comes in handy.

Processing an amended tax return takes time and sometimes a lot of it. The IRS says processing an amended return can take up to 16 weeks. And certain situations may require more review, making the processing time even longer.
How long do Amended returns take to process?
As a reminder, amended returns take up to 16 weeks to process. It can take up to three weeks from the date you mailed it to show up in our system. There's no need to call the IRS during that three-week period unless the tool specifically tells you to do so.
Why does it take 16 weeks for amended return?
Some amended returns take longer than 16 weeks for several reasons. Delays may occur when the return needs further review because it: Has errors.
Are amended returns more likely to be audited?
