I don't pay for PDFfiller so I can only say speak to the ease of use on features that I think are available.
I am not sure if creating a document that is editable in word is possible in every version. If so I can not figure it out. That is my only feedback. Otherwise using this website is a breeze.

Very easy to use
Very easy to download a document, fill in the required fields and electronically sign. When I had a small issue customer service solved it quickly.

I spoke with Nathan who was very…kind
I spoke with Nathan who was very helpful and kind. I was charged 75$ from my account and was told pdffiller was the ones who charged me. Nathan did everything he could do to help me solve these charges and said he would get back with me as soon as I sent a screen shot of bull. Within minutes Nathan contacted me back and explained where the charges came from. He was more helpful than the ones who charged me . I wish everyone was as kind, respectful and helpful as Nathan was.

This is the best site for PDF conversion
This is the best site that I have ever come across in terms of PDF converters and I highly recommend it. I was able to work on my piece for days with no fear of losing it, something which happens with some converters making you begin it afresh. I recommend this site for anyone with a large document to work on.

How do I amend an application?
Towards the bottom left of the screen, Enter the file number of the application you want to amend and click Go. On the top right of the screen, Click Update under Work on This Application. Note: This step will begin the amendment process. Make your changes, sign your application and click Submit Application.
Can you change a planning application?
Yes, you can make amendments to an application you have submitted on the Planning Portal. View the details below or download our 'amending an application' guidance note. If you need to amend an application that you have previously submitted, this is possible using the 'amend' function.
Can you change plans after planning permission?
It is possible to make changes after receiving planning permission and there are a number of options for this. Non-material amendments — for very minor changes that do not materially alter the size and scale of the development. Time limit extensions — to change the expiry date of a planning permission.

Can you extend your planning permission?
By law, any planning permission granted expires after a certain period. Generally, unless your permission says otherwise, you have three years from the date it's granted to begin the development. If you haven't started work by then, you will probably need to reapply.
What is a material amendment to planning permission?

How do you amend a trademark?
