If the pop ups on the forms would stop that would be terrific. It would also be nice before I go putting all my personal info in the form that you put the price up front.

It does have a few glitches, but overall, it's a nice product with plenty of good features. The original annual price of $72 was too much for the few times I would use it in the course of a year, but the special rate of $18 was reasonable. If I would use it more, it would be worth it, although I hate subscriptions. We'll see if I use it enough to justify renewing next year.

I purchased the product. It was because I needed to complete a form for an important Employment opportunity. After I spent 4 hours on the form. I was ready to print then was asked to make payment. after I subscribed; I then tried to print the form. Long story short; I could not print the document and then when I accessed it later to try and correct the issue, the information I had put in was all over the place. (in the wrong places). I have then canceled my subscription and have just wasted my $72 US Dollars. I know I will not be refunded, even if I was only Subscribed to the product for less then 6 hours or so. I would never recommend this product to anyone ever. I immediately got a response and refund... which tells me that this company is serious about its reputation and customers service. Thank you so much for the upright service. Because of that I will recommend this to anyone and everyone

A tool to get by, but far from perfect If you can't find any other tools to fill in PDF, or if you don't want to research into other advanced tools, this is OK. It can get your work done, but you will sometimes be frustrated. With this tool, I can fill in PDF which are not fillable by default. It saves me the trouble printing it out, filling it by hand and scanning it. It's easy to use and very straightforward. It's costly, taking into account of what it can offer. Sometimes it's difficult to save the file, and I have to save as another file even if I write only a few words.

Log in to your UI Online account. Select View and maintain account information in the left pane. Select Payment method options and click Edit. Select the Direct deposit button and click Submit. On the Maintain payment information screen, delete any information you wish to change and enter the following:
Call the DUE direct deposit line at (617) 626-6570. Choose which language you would like to listen to the instructions in. Select option 3 to change your direct deposit information. Enter your Social Security number. Enter your 4-digit Telecast Personal Identification Number (PIN).
Direct Deposit Information. Direct deposit is an electronic transfer of your weekly Unemployment Insurance payments into your bank checking account. If you do not have a bank account or do not choose to have your benefits directly deposited, you will receive your benefits payments via a debit card.
Sign in to your services account. Select Update next to About me. Select Update payment information under I want to. Follow the instructions.
The time it takes to set up direct deposit for your unemployment benefits varies by state. Generally, it takes five to seven days for processing. Some states, such as Washington, can take up to 14 days, whereas Ohio takes only three to four days to set up a direct deposit account.
When setting up direct deposit, you will need your account and routing information, including your bank's address and phone number. It could take up to approximately two to three weeks for your direct deposit to begin. In the meantime, you will be issued a UC debit card through which you can access your benefits.
You can change your contact information online or by calling the claims center at 800-318-6022 and using the automated system (12:00 a.m. Sunday 4:00 p.m. Friday, unless Friday is a holiday). To change your information online, sign in to your services account. Next to About Me, choose Update.
Online Changes to Application For simple changes of address, you may be able to visit your state's unemployment department website and submit a change of address electronically. The website may require you to enter a personal password or identification number you obtained when you first filed your unemployment claim.
