What do you like best?
Huge time saver because we spend a great deal of time filling out forms, and we fill out the same forms with the same info year after year, and pdffiller keeps it for us and all we have to do is change the date.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. It's an odd process, fill in your forms, hit this button, then hit that button, and then go find the finished product in your downloads. I would prefer to specify where it goes and rename it before it goes there.

If you are an insurance agent that uses Acord forms, this is for you.

This definitely saves me money because it save my staff huge amounts of time. Everything is now done digitally, so we need our forms in a digital format that we can save from year to year and change information in the forms at will.

Love the ease of use.
I would highly recommednd this product to any business person.
Initially, I was hesistant because learning new software is always my dread. However, once I signed on it was so easy. Makes daily document updates and creations easy. I can always find an Accord form I needed with this as well. And edit of pdfs are no longer an avoidance.
Sometimes there is a delay from screen to screen. But nothing to really complain about.

tried other pdf filling apps and this was my favorite in terms of it being very user-friendly and easy to navigate. customer service was able to assist me with a problem I had right away and saved me alot of time. thank you. 5 stars.

Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.

How are bullets Analyzed?
When police obtain a suspect's weapon, they test-fire it to obtain a bullet for matching. They then compare the slugs, another name for fired bullets, to one another using a microscope. If the striations on the bullet match, the investigators know the bullet came from the gun.
What tool is used in analyzing bullets?
Comparison microscope is used to analyse the matching of the microscopic impressions found on the surface of bullets and casings.
When a tool mark is found what is done?
When a tool mark is found, taking a photograph of the mark is done first. A tool mark is understood as the impression that the contact of a tool (or a similar object) leaves onto a surface.
What is tool mark analysis?
Tool-mark analyses help forensic scientists identify the tool or tools used at the scene of the crime and link the tool(s) to the criminal. Investigators compare marks by examining detailed photos or silicone casts of the marks and collect trace evidence (such as residue) left behind by the tool.
What can be used to recover serial numbers?
An etching reagent is used to recover serial numbers.
When a bullet is fired gunpowder only travels back toward the shooter?
It is not true that when a bullet is fired, gunpowder only travels back towards the shooter. Though gunpowder residue can remain on the shooter's hand for a few hours.
Can a gun be traced by a bullet?
The bullet casings can't be traced back to the gun, but the bullet can be, due to the rifling imprints left on the bullet as it travels down the barrel. The serial number allows the gun to be traced to its owner (if the state requires the owner to register their gun).
Can you match a bullet to a gun?
Striations on a fired bullet If you are able to fire another bullet from the same gun, an investigator can match the grooves under a special microscope which displays both bullets side by side, comparing the strata. Just like fingerprints, a bullet can be paired to a weapon with nearly perfect accuracy.
