Easy-to-use program once you fiddle with it awhile. Would like ability to edit text also (portions that are inapplicable rather than striking through).

I am just learning to use but find it relatively easy to load, fill, save and print. I even figured out how to rotate forms outside the system and make it work. Cool.

it was immediately available. it seems fairly straight ahead, but I've not had time to really check it out. each time I use it , it gives me a litle anxiety

Very easy and intuitive, the learning curve is very small. Tiny differences in the drawing between what you see on the screen and in the printed document.

Doing exactly what I want. Have .pdf bank statements that can only upload in .csv format, so converting to Excel then to .csv and can do my work in no time at all.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.

What is the resolution factor?

What is resolution factor in HPLC?
The resolution of an elation is a quantitative measure of how well two elation peaks can be differentiated in a chromatographic separation. It is defined as the difference in retention times between the two peaks, divided by the combined widths of the elation peaks.
What is the formula for calculating resolution?
Equation (1) indicates that the resolution is the difference between peak retention times divided by the average peak width. In a peak with Gaussian distribution, the peak width is W = 4 (where is the standard deviation) and the peak FHM is W0.5h = 2.354.
What is the tailing factor?
Definition: Tailing factor The tailing factor is a measure of peak tailing. It is defined as the distance from the front slope of the peak to the back slope divided by twice the distance from the center line of the peak to the front slope, with all measurements made at 5% of the maximum peak height.
How do you calculate selectivity factor?
f) The retention factor (k) is the ratio of the amount of analyte in the stationary phase to the amount in the mobile phase. It is generally calculated by k' = (tR — TM)/TM = tRy'/TM. g) The selectivity factor () of a column for two analytes (A eluting before B) is given by = KB/A = k'(B)/k'(A) = tRy'(B)/tR'(A).
What is selectivity factor?
The selectivity (or separation) factor () is the ability of the chromatographic system to 'chemically' distinguish between sample components. It is usually measured as a ratio of the retention (capacity) factors (k) of the two peaks in question and can be visualized as the distance between the spices of the two peaks.
What is capacity factor in HPLC?
The capacity factor (also called “capacity ratio”) is symbolized by k' (USP terminology) or k (IUPAC/ASTM terminology). It is a measure of the retention of a peak that is independent of column geometry or mobile phase flow rate. The capacity factor is calculated as: k' = (tR — t0)/t0.
What does the retention factor k describe?
The retention factor and the retention time can be used to describe the chromatographic behavior of a sample component in a column. The retention factor is a relative value (dimensionless). ... k = 1 means that the component spends just as much time in the stationary phase than in the mobile phase.
