What do you like best?
The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.
What do you dislike?
The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.

So useful! I use pdfFiller to quickly complete forms. It even has my signature saved so I can sign the document at the end. Since I type much faster than I write, I prefer pdfFiller rather than printing and filling out forms my hand. It makes completing forms much easier without having to print and fill them out by hand, I have no issues with pdfFiller. It works well for me.

Certificates of Analysis. A Certificate of Analysis is a document issued by Quality Assurance that confirms that a regulated product meets its product specification. They commonly contain the actual results obtained from testing performed as part of quality control of an individual batch of a product.
Navigate or search for a product page. Select the “Documentation” tab. Click “Certificates of Analysis” Provide the exact Lot Number. Click “Retrieve COA” If there is not one available, you will be given the option to request it.
A Certificate of Analysis refers to an authenticated document that is issued by Illumine's Quality Assurance Department that ascertains that a product has met its predetermined product release specification(s) and quality.
The certificates you need come from Underwriters Laboratories, the company with the little UL logo. You send them 10 samples of each of your products along with about $2000, and they will test them. If they pass all tests, they will send the certificates Amazon wants to see.
A COA provides written documentation that a product/batch/lot meets customer key CQS (critical-to-quality trees). This is considered a legal document and can be very helpful as a reference in event that a product requires withdrawal or recall.
So a COA or C of A is a 'Certificate Of Analysis'. Basically it is a piece of paper that gives actual test results for the batch of product that you are exporting. A Specification for a product is a piece of paper that gives guidelines of the physical and maybe chemical parameters of a product.
Simply put, it's a document that certifies that the product you've manufactured conforms to the customer's specifications. It's important for the customers, downstream from your process, to know that your product adheres to specific limits and targets, and to ensure that it meets their needs.
