I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. PDFfiller is great if you need to edit/change PDFs
This software allows us to fill out and share PDFs, vastly cutting down on our printing/scanning song and dance.
No real negatives other than I wish it were free.

I had know problem using it.
It is design for people who aren't that familiar with different programs.
Easy to use, self explanatory . Even my wife who rarely uses computer was able to use it.She was surprised her self that she able to use it without much help.

So far it has been fairly simple.
Am glad to find the form I required and has been pretty simple to fill it out. Will be back to finish as soon as I compile the other information required for the form I am filling out.

I contacted the company when I realized I had signed up for the wrong plan. Within minutes, they replied to my email and refunded me, as well as set me up with the plan that was right for me.
