easy software to use and afords most of the functions that I need
the ease of use and the price, availability of pdf acord forms on line, and ability to revise forms with the pdf fromat
does not have some of the functions that would make it even more useful to an insurance agent, i.e. the ability to attach emails and the ability to document conversations for reference and use of other team members

What does lease pending mean?
Pending Lease means any lease agreement that has been entered into by the Seller and a lessee that has not yet been finally accepted by the Seller and is, therefore, not on a Contract Trial Balance.
What does it mean when an apartment is pending?
Hi Tamara, Typically if a property for rent/lease has a status of Pending this indicates that the landlord has reviewed and approved an application by a tenant, a lease has been signed by both the landlord and the tenant, and the deposit has been submitted by the tenant.
Can you put an offer on a house that is pending?
Can you still make an offer that the seller may like more? Typically, the listing agent is no longer accepting offers once the property is listed as pending sale, so you won't be able to place your bid. But real estate deals can fall through for a variety of reasons, so a pending sale isn't a done deal.

Under contract pending means that there is already a contract on the house and the option period has expired, but it hasn't closed yet. Listings having a contract with a contingency and taking back-up offers should be Pending Continue to Show.
