I used PDF filler to complete a URLA form because the one I was sent by a loan officer was so small I couldn't fit the information in it. easy to use...but...make so forms can be shrunk so they aren't huge all the time when open, when they are huge and cannot be shrunk it can give you a headache...templates for forms ( or any often-used form) should stay at the top, to find them easy, instead of sinking down the list...you have to hit at least 5 buttons to print, and that is horrible...

This app has been a lifesaver. I have recently started a position as an Administrative Assistant and the abilities within this program make my job hassle-free. It makes filling in PDFs and requesting e-signatures as efficient as possible.

Overall a good experience.
Sometimes the lack of features like aligning fields (i.e. Publisher) is frustrating: the ability to copy details from one field to another (drop downs and field attributes) making some forms with several fields that are the same. But I'm an old software designer so I'll take those frustrations and cherish all the good points of the software. I think its a good solution for my needs in the insurance industry.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.
