It was interesting using the PDFfiller on two different computers. On one I couldn't get the scroll down bar easily, whereas on the other it was simple. Don't know why. I also noticed that there were different options to determine exactly where on a line you could type, however, it was difficult to gauge.
FYI: I just started using this application.

Love that you can type the form number or name and have access to it. Also love how easy it is to create your own fillable form.

I think it could be more user friendly in terms of navigating around the site, docs, templates, etc.

Saves so much time

I am a very very episodic PDF user and the small try out price I paid to use this program was like buying gold at $25 an ounce. It saved me sooo much time. If I had a regular need I would glady pay the annual fee this program is awespme

How are lease terms determined?

How are lease payments calculated?
Identify the number of the monthly payments on the lease. Then subtract the residual value from the net capitalized cost. Divide the resulting number by the number of payments. The result is the depreciation portion of the lease payment. For example, you lease a new car for three years.
What is the lease payment on a $30000 car?
A $30,000 vehicle with a 65 percent residual would have a base monthly payment of $292 before taxes, interest and fees. Choosing the vehicle with the higher residual percentage would net a savings of more than $200 per month for a vehicle with the same selling price.
How is lease buyout calculated?
Add sales tax to the residual value, as well as any fees. The residual value is the payoff amount for the lease--it's not your buyout amount. When you buy out a lease, you will need to pay sales tax. Add your local tax rate to that amount to arrive at the buyout value.
How is lease equity calculated?
The lease company assigns a realized value for your vehicle, which should be close to current wholesale market value, and subtracts your remaining lease balance and fees. The result is your equity, either positive or negative. If positive, you'll get a check from the lease company.
What makes up a car lease payment?
The amount of the car that you use is the difference between the value of the car at the beginning of the lease and the value at the end of the lease. So a lease payment is the sum of the three separate components, the depreciation charge, the interest charge, and the sales tax charge.
Does it pay to lease a car?
Your monthly cash flow: Leasing a car often has a lower monthly payment compared to financing a car with the same loan terms, since with a lease you're paying for the depreciation of the car during those years rather than the whole vehicle cost.
