Great online chat support! Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!

Since a recent update Since a recent update, we were no longer able to send documents to SignNow for esignatures. The chat support was able to make some updates and get us working again.

several clunky features There are several clunky features I did not like. (1) My first issue was that when editing text, the font would change from Times New Roman to Arial within the edit box. The user had to "tell" the computer to switch back to Times New Roman. (2) Another issue I spotted is that if I want to italicize ONE word on a line of text, the entire line will become italicized. This was cured by deleting the italicized word, then creating a separate text box with the italicized word in it. The italic text box was dropped into the line of text with the plain text around it. (3) When editing text, the size of text will drop down a size or two. The writer must "bump" up the text size with the upward arrow to get it to match the text in the original document. Otherwise, I like using PDFfiller. Of course, PDF editing is not as simple as ordinary word editing. Or perhaps PDF editing gets easier after continual practice.

Over the top excellent customer service First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. if the connection of the internet service provider is weak the form you type is loading until the connection comeback and repeat again in where you are last typing.

Select a part of the document (text) you want to color. The easiest way to select text is with a left-single mouse click. ... Now, click on the Text color button and then on Highlight. Choose the color you want.
Click anywhere within the document. Press Ctrl+A on your keyboard to select all text in the document.
Select some of the text you typed by left-clicking at the beginning of a word, keeping the mouse button held down and dragging the mouse cursor to the right. Release the mouse button. Click the highlighted text and drag the mouse cursor to a new place in the document, keeping the mouse button depressed.
Click on any cell you wish to highlight and then drag to select all the ones you need. Tap on the Format button, which looks like a capital letter A with small lines to the right of it. Look for the Cell tab and then scroll to choose Cell Fill Color and click your desired color. Voilà!
Click on it, and you will see two tabs: Text and Highlight. If you want to remove the highlight, click on None. To choose different shades and colors, click on Custom, find the color you want and click OK. A menu will show up at the bottom.
On your iPhone or iPad, open a document in the Google Docs app. Tap Edit. Double-tap the place in your document you want to edit. Move the blue markers to select more text. Tap Format tap Text. In the menu, tap Style, Font, Size, Text color, or Highlight color to format your font.
if there are multiple selections throughout the document, and you want to remove all of them, then click somewhere inside the body of the document and press Ctrl + A on your keyboard to select the whole document. Step 3: Click the Text color button in the ribbon above the document, then select the Highlight tab.
