Only used twice but each time I was pleased with the features and ease of use. The only negative is that it is difficult to save files. I had to use a two step process of saving to PDF Filler then copying to my local drive.

Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.

I am happy with the selection of forms, but it could be easier to locate forms I need to complete. Also, your connection is pretty slow. I thought it was my internet the first couple of times, but the connectivity only takes eons when trying to access my docs on your site.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. it helped me so far with pdf editing, signature, hope it can be used as online fax & phone number too in future.
It was hard to save as file onto my desktop, until u figure out that u need to go to pdf viewer and then select all pages and do save as. make the save as button to show up easier than going to pdf viewer option to save as.

It would help to have some sort of tutorial outlining the all the functions. Having been offered a webinar during the 30 day free trial would've been helpful.

There are some glitches
There are some glitches, like if you type to fast it will double or triple the word your typing. But other than that it's great.
