I looked through all of the court libraries, many online results, etc to find what I needed to represent myself in court against my ex to defend my parenting rights, and this was the only place a found the form I needed, that was writable and downloadable. I was able to make a Loan Agreement in purchasing a Manufactured Home in Florida for my x-husband so we could have it and a POA for him at the closing on May 23, 2022. Thanks for your help in this free document service that finally worked for me. I live in Michigan and needed to protect my interest in this new home for him and two others that used to live in his Adult Foster Care Home in Grand Rapids, MI seventeen years ago. So I really appreciated your documents that we both will sign and he will have his Notarized at the Closing.

I wish after doing a merge, it would give me the option to save it only in the main documents page, rather than having to download it.

Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.

Great customer support. I forgot about a 30-day free trial period because I didn’t use the app after registering and checking it only once. They took the money for the whole year through PayPal and when I explained the situation they helped me with the cancellation of my subscription in a half an hour.
