I signed up for a year. Now simple edit tool to use erase etc expects me to pay more and doesn't allow those tools. That, IMO is a bit too unfriendly. Allowing me to use for some time and then asking to pay for extended period of time would make sense to me as I would see a value in buying these additional editing tools/

There have been a few times I have been frustrated because I can't access my documents. Get an error message but other than those 2 times I am extremely satisfied with it

I was in a total jam and needed forms right away. I was so afraid my only option was to type all these required forms and then have to write in the answers with a pen. It would have taken me days to complete! When I discovered PDFfiller online it was like my guardian angel had guided me to the site! It was a little frustrating for me figuring out how to use the program. This should improve with use and guidance. It would have been helpful if I had first down loaded the "How To Guide". Thanks for a great program.

I own an online business. I am constantly needing to fill out PDF documents. PDFfiller is so easy to use and it eliminates printing, then manually filling out the form, then scanning. It has been a great software purchase for my business.

I like that I can erase parts and add text of size and font that I like and move it around so it's where I want it. When I erase part it doesn't cause the rest of the document to move around. It stays put. That is essential when I am editing a document with a puzzle at the bottom.

the two forms that I needed to fill out for Social Security,SSA-3368 and SSA-827 ,your system had the forms to fill out and to print up the filled out forms so I can fax the document to them. very easy to follow steps to make sure you fill out the form fully

What do you like best?
The ability to easily upload various documents and manipulate as needed.
What do you dislike?
The difficulty in emailing a document and getting a notification when the die is opened. Could it be less than using a PIN to access the document. Although the security is a nice factor.
