I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Hard to find the erase button. But after I asked, I found it buried in the "tools" --seems like it should be more visible. Love the tool's simplicity otherwise.

I really don't know much about PDF files. But, this site is very easy and simple to use. I also love the chat room help it is amazing and quick. I gve 4 stars because I am not as experienced with PDF Files and do not know what the pro's expect.

No r al complaints. Did find out that the forms in your database that I was interested had been superceeded by new forms back in Jan of 2016 a year ago. This meant I had to downloaded ad new forms t fill out. You could strive to be more up to date.

Great Product!
So far, my experience with this product has been great! I have only used the PDF editing features and not played with the APIs. The navigation is friendly and quick, and tools are simple and easy enough to figure out. The page loading time was a little slow in my case- editing a 10 page PDF document, but it was sufficient.

I need fast turnarounds for information as I do not have time to convert content from other platforms. I have little time and money to do things. The PDF filler is cost effective and enables me to convert content in a matter of seconds, rather than hours in some cases.

Great product and even better customer service
I used the product, which was excellent, once during the 30 day trial. However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. This has to be the best customer service and support I have ever received.
