At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. Really wanted to make this work for me but I’m afraid it was beyond me.However the trial period which I thought I had cancelled hadn’t gone through then resulted in me receiving a large bill.I panicked thinking they would insist it was to be paid.So I got In touch with them and explained my error.They immediately wrote back and without question refunded my money.It says a lot for a company who responds in this way.I am eternally grateful to them

Its very easy to use and very informative. A couple of clicks and you are done. Tech support is great as well!

This is the first app that I found that… the process to combine two files onto one page was simple.
This is the first app that I found that it will actually let you combine two files onto one page simply. The only bummer was that I had to convert the .pdf file into a .jpeg first before I could combine them together.

I am very satisfied with only being signed in for a hour. Easy to navigate through and the pop-up suggestion are very helpful information on how to work the site.

Fast, helpful assistance from their support team
I forgot to cancel my subscription with them. The money came out unexpectedly, and I was honestly pretty worried because it was the full year's subscription and I have had issues with internet companies not wanting to refund subscription fees in the past even when I asked for it immediately, without using it during the period I asked for the refund for. PDFFiller was great, though. I emailed them early this morning (late for me) and woke up to their response, which was that since it was less than 24 hours after the payment came out, they were able to just void the transaction. Assuming my bank is cool about it, I'll have my money back today.5/5 Do trust.

cancelled as a gesture of goodwill
I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.

What do you like best?
The ease of deleting, adding and reorganizing worksheets in various units of study.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes when having to edit the same PDF to set it up to where there is only one student's report in a PDF at a time. It saved over the original document and I would have to reupload it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
None, just that it can be a huge time saver for a teacher being able to edit PDFs for the classroom.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The big one has been being able to send individual progress reports to students. Our gradebook system does not save them in separate PDFs, it saves them all in one so being able to use PDF to separate them and save them individually saves me time.
