I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.

I wish I didn't have to pay. I would have found another free site, like going to SSI site, but I had already filled in all the blanks and it was so time consuming that it wasn't worth the effort. I will cancel as soon as I get the bill.

I love having the ability to sign and fill in PDFs that are usually hard to make changes to. I like my files to be clean and typed up, instead of me printing off, then writing on and then scanning back in. PDFiller makes the whole process so much easier.

pdfFiller support - Honest and Prompt
I used pdfFiller with a free trial account because I only needed a single instance use. Product worked perfectly for my needs than I cancelled the account. Later in the month my bank advised of a subscription payment!!!
I contacted pdfFiller support to put my case. Result .... immediate reply from pdfFiller with refund of subscription arranged. Honest and prompt.

I received an auto-renewal subscription for our organization that was initiated by a previous officer and simply emailed my request for a refund and cancelation. I sent a question in via their form, and honestly expected a "word search" systemic response. Not only did I get a issue-specific response, the corrective actions were clear and documented with screen shots, making it easy for me to correct my mistake and move forward.

So easy to use
So easy to use. I filled in 3 very long PDF forms and they look so much better typed than filled in with my scruffy handwriting. I'll definitely use this service again.

Had many of the forms I needed, however, surprised with researching NC business forms I found a 1997 form but not a 2000 form. Fortunately I can use a 2001 form for 2000 year.
