Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Even tho ' it side we'd successfully down loaded the doc - but it appears it kept downloading the same sample doc and not the one I'd sent him to sign,

The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

THIS SYSTEM IS AWESOME! I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY PDF APPLICATON CONVERT A FORM INTO AN INTERACTIVE DOCUMENT AS QUICKLY AS PDF FILLER. IT'S NOT FAST, IT'S IMMEDIATE!FAST (I ALREADY SAID THAT.) EASY, ACCURATE, SMOOOTH.THIS IS WHAT THEY MEAN WHEN THEY DESCRIBE A SYSTEM AS "USER FRIENDLY." I had to provide a Care Providers Log Sheet and there is no such thing for In-Home Care Providers. Long story short PDF Filler allows me to change and make one that I could use for MONTHLY.

We thought this was a bit scammy when we were charged for a plan no one recalled signing up for but once we found the email address associated with the account they cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge, no questions asked. Very pleased!
