Its a good overall program although I had issues uploading my pdf assignment for school, and when I submitted it online, the pdf was completely blank. Not sure why this program did that.

How do I add a signature to a PDF that is greyed out?
Go to "Tools", "Sign & Certify", "More Sign & Certify", click now on "Digital ID files", click on the digital ID file you want, and if you see there "Logged out", click on "Login" at the top, and log in. Now, you will be able to sign your PDF document.
How do you collapse a PDF?
In the Thumbnail view, hover over the page or file and then click the Expand pages thumbnail . In expanded view, you can easily move the individual pages among the other pages and documents. To collapse the pages, hover over the first page and then click the Collapse Document thumbnail .
How do you collapsible bookmarks in PDF?
How to expand or collapse all top-level bookmarks? Click the Options icon in the Bookmarks panel. Select "Expand Top-Level Bookmarks" or "Collapse Top-Level Bookmarks". Make sure to save the file using "File > Save" menu if you want to preserve bookmarks appearance.
Why is my signature blacked out in PDF?
You have to uncheck the option Convert signature to black & white if you want to create a colored PDF Sign signature. The following sections describe how to create a colored PDFSign signature in different versions. For version 7.3 and above, refer to here. For versions prior to V7.
