So easy to use and meets all my expectations
Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time.
I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

Used to convert images into fillable forms for custom label making
We used this software to create a fillable form from an image, and ultimately the form was printed as a custom label. These labels were used for organizing incoming shipments of samples in a research lab. The online software was very convenient to use, since no downloads were required. The form was very easy and quick to create, and very easy to share once completed. A 10 minute solution has saved invaluable time in our lab.
My favorite feature was the ability to add custom fillable fields to an image. There were lots of options: text, drop-downs, radio buttons, etc. that you could customize and drop anywhere on the form that you wanted.
There was a bit of a learning curve to creating new forms and saving them. I wasn't sure where exactly to go to retrieve forms I had already started on. Once I got the hang of it, though., it was pretty easy to manage.

How do I black out text in a PDF without Redact tool?
Step # 3: Highlight the text you want to black out. Step # 4: Right-click on the highlighted text and select "Properties" from the dropdown menu. Step # 5: In the Properties window, click on the "Fill" tab. Step # 6: Choose the color you want to use to black out the text.
How do I black out text in a PDF document?
Choose Tools > Redact. On the Edit menu, choose Redact Text & Images. Select the text or image in a PDF, right-click, and select Redact.
Can you edit a redacted PDF?
Once a file is saved with redactions applied, there's no way to get the information back. If you overwrite the original PDF with the redacted version, the redacted information is gone forever.
How do I add text to a PDF redaction?
Click the drop-down menu next to the Redact Text & Images box, and select Redaction Tool Properties. Pick outline and fill colors for the redacted area, or click Use Overlay Text. Add custom text in the field, choose from US Privacy Act and FOIA codes, or import new codes. Click OK when you have your selections.
