Found out about this on Google; did not want to pay to get Adobe Acrobat! It's easy to use to input text, and then after I figured out I had to register for$/month etc. I could Print and Save As. Wonderful Resource, thank you.

I was a little confused when I first began using the app, but did an online chat with their agent who walked me through what I needed to know. Therefore; I would recommend this subscription to any Commercial Insurance Agent who issues multiple Acord forms.

Pros:

Cons:
-Layout is not intuitive and hard to learn, even for the computer literate
-Limits merging to 5 PDFs
-Limits on file size (you can't work on large PDFs)
-Other minor inconveniences that slow workflow
I chose PDFfiller for my small company because for the same price as one user for Adobe's similar product, I can have 5 users for PDFfiller. It definitely has some limiting factors and can be frustrating but it's the best you can get for the price. Definitely worth the time to take the free trial and see how you like it.

Perfect for paperwork
My overall experience would be that I love it and plan to continue using it going forward in life. It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient.
I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome.
I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. It doesn't happen often but has happened to me before.

The ease of finding, and using different types of preformatted pdf documents vastly cuts down on the amount of time I have to spend on filling these forms out by hand.

How do you add an image as a stamp in PDF?
Create a custom stamp To add an image to a PDF one time only, simply paste the image into the document. Pasted images have the same characteristics as other stamp comments. each includes a pop-up note and editable properties. Open the Stamps Palette by doing one of the following: Choose Tools > Stamp > Stamps Palette.
How do I create a permanent stamp in PDF?
Creating a permanently stamped PDF with Safeguard Writer Right-click your PDF in Windows File Explorer and select the option “Make Secure PDF”. Open the View Watermarks or Print Watermarks tab, depending on where you want to add it. You can add both view and print watermarks with different text and images.
How do I void a PDF document?
Choose the document you want to void. Click on the "View" or “Edit” button for the document you want to void. Once in the document, click on the “Edit” button located in the upper right corner of the screen. Scroll down and click on the “Void Signatures” button.
